Smuttynose Events February 3-9, 2014

The Smuttyverse is beginning to get back in the swing of things, despite a lop-sided Super Bowl and grim news from Gobbler's Knob.  Shake off the February gloom and come have a beer with us.

Tuesday, February 4

-Hooksett, NH, 4pm-6pm @ Bert's Better Beers:  Liz will be pairing 2014 Imperial Stout, Durty and Robust Porter with Lindt chocolates. It's an excellent pre-Valentine's Day study session.

Wednesday, February 5

-Burlington, VT, 5pm-11pm @ The Farmhouse Tap & Grill:  DoBrO David Yarrington is bringing some serious vintage beers from the recesses of our warehouse to the city on the lake.  Check out this line-up: 2009 & 2010 Wheat Wine, 2011 Imperial Stout, Barleywine, Farmhouse Ale and Gravitation, 2012 Really Old Brown Dog and 2010 Baltic Porter.  Crikey!  You won't want to miss this one, folks; those are some serious beers! We'll also have fresh beer for those of you not into the vintage thing.

Thursday, February 6

-Cambridge, MA, 7pm-9pm @ Christopher's:  Vintage roll-outs continue with a keg of 2011 Barleywine going on the draft system.  We didn't pull this from the archive; Christopher's planned ahead and set it aside on their own, like a wise New Englander.

Friday, February 7

-Charlottesville, Va, 3pm-6pm @Whole Foods:  Glen Bulloss will be in the house pouring samples of our awesome, hoppy brown ale, Durty.  Get your weekend food fixin's and have a beer!

-Portsmouth, NH, 4:30pm-7pm  SmuttLabs Red Wine Barrel-aged Winter Ale bottle release.  Stop by our original brewery on Heritage Avenue in Portsmouth for samples and bottle sales of our next SmuttLabs release.  We've packaged this delicious elixir in 375mL, crown-finished bottles which retail for $9 each.  Brewery tours are at 5:30 and you can reserve your spots online: http://smuttynose.com/how_to_find_smuttynose.html

-Hanover, NH, 6:30pm-8:30pm @ Stinson's Village Store  Jess and Liz will be pouring out tastes of our big, hoppy, brown ale, Durty for shoppers and curious folks just as their weekends begin.  Expect high fives and smiles as well as delicious New Hampshire beer.
